About Jane Higgins

Jane recieved her teachers training in 1972 from the Integral Yoga Institute. From 1974 - 1980 she studied Raja Yoga with Joya Santanya. Since then, she has studied Kripalu and the Iyengar methods.

Jane is a Reiki Master, and practitioner of YUEN ENERGETICS.

Her classes emphasize pranayama, alignment, awareness and meditation.
